Kee focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, securities, startups and venture capital.

During law school, Kee served as a legal intern for the Honorable Randall R. Rader of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Prior to pursuing a career in law, Kee worked in the software and financial services industries.

While in law school, Kee was symposium editor of the Pierce Law Review.
