Lauren concentrates on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, divestitures and strategic investments.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Lauren worked at a leading law firm and was in-house with The Procter & Gamble Company.
While attending law school, Lauren was the editor-in-chief of the University of Miami Race & Social Justice Law Review, was a teaching assistant for Contract Law and Legal Writing, and received the highest grade in numerous courses, including Contract Law, Trademark Law, Legal Writing, and Professional Responsibility. Lauren was also selected as a 2014 Microsoft and Hispanic National Bar Association Intellectual Property Law Institute Scholar.
