Madeline advises emerging and established technology companies on a broad range of corporate matters, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets transactions. She also has experience counseling on product and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining the firm, Madeline served as in-house counsel at a leading autonomous drone delivery company and an operations manager at two venture-backed companies in Silicon Valley.

While in law school, Madeline was a senior development editor for the UC Law Journal, student associate in Startup Legal Garage, and co-founder of the Tech and Law Society Mentorship Program.
