Meghan advises clients on all aspects of brand management, protection, and strategy. Working primarily on domestic and international trademark matters, Meghan’s practice focuses on trademark clearance, registration, enforcement, licensing, and portfolio management.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Meghan was an associate at a boutique intellectual property law firm.
While pursuing her law degree at the University of Connecticut School of Law, Meghan was the executive editor of the Connecticut Law Review and received a certificate in intellectual property law.
