Natalie advises clients on a broad range of privacy and cybersecurity matters and helps companies at all stages design and implement privacy compliance programs. Her work includes guiding clients through compliance with comprehensive U.S. privacy laws, reviewing and drafting privacy policies, advising on advertising and tracking technologies (including opt-out mechanisms), and assisting with data subject requests and other operational privacy needs.
Natalie also counsels clients on emerging regulatory frameworks governing artificial intelligence and consumer protection laws, including the Colorado AI Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state-level mini-TCPAs, biometric privacy laws, and CAN-SPAM. She advises on marketing and communications compliance and risk mitigation strategies for businesses leveraging AI and automated messaging technologies and also supports clients navigating privacy and security issues related to blockchain-based platforms.
In addition to her advisory work, Natalie is involved in transactional matters, concentrating on data privacy and security due diligence in the context of mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Natalie was an associate at a global law firm and also spent time at a notable fashion house. While pursuing her J.D. at Fordham, she was part of the executive board of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and the Fashion Law Society, and was a member of the Urban Law Journal.
Natalie is recognized as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
