Rodolfo represents emerging and high-growth technology and life sciences companies. He concentrates on a broad range of corporate matters, including startups, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets.

While attending law school, Rodolfo was the Senior D.E.I Editor for the UC Law SF Journal and a Student Associate as part of the Startup Legal Garage. He also served on the board of 4 student organizations, including UC Law SF's La Raza Law Students Association and First Generation’s Professionals. As a third year, Rodolfo was a contracts analyst for a startup in the legal tech space and a law clerk for a leading labor and employment litigation firm.
