Tracy is an experienced attorney in Fenwick’s Startup and Venture Capital group with a focus on advising AI-first technology companies and investors that back them.

Tracy works closely with clients throughout the company lifecycle, from formation and early-stage financings to late-stage rounds and strategic exits. She helps founders navigate common inflection points in company building, such as raising capital, managing key hires and departures, and implementing equity incentive structures.

Before practicing law, Tracy worked in product marketing at a leading global technology company, supporting a range of products from mature enterprise offerings to new consumer-facing bets. Having sat in an operator’s seat, she brings a practical business perspective to her legal counsel.
