Trevor advises clients in the technology and life sciences industries on a broad variety of corporate matters, including venture capital investments, convertible security sales, private company mergers and acquisitions, asset sales and other transactions.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Trevor was a an associate at a prestigious international law firm, where he worked on wide range of legal issues and transactions.
While attending law school, Trevor was editor-in-chief of the Virginia Law Review, winner of the 86th annual Lile Moot Court Competition, and the recipient of the Bob Barker Prize in Animal Law. After law school, he served as a judicial law clerk to Chief Judge Roger L. Gregory of the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
