Andréa represents clients in the life sciences industry in a wide range of intellectual property matters. Her experience includes prosecuting patent applications covering biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device innovations in the United States and internationally.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Andréa was an associate at another general practice law firm where she prosecuted patent applications and performed due diligence analyses for clients in the life sciences and related industries. She also previously served as a legal intern with the Missouri Attorney General’s office.

During law school Andréa was a primary editor for the Washington University Global Studies Law Review and was a recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for her course in patent drafting.
