David Lazarus concentrates his practice on securities litigation matters to support clients in the technology and life sciences industries. David has experience representing clients in white-collar investigations and voting rights litigation, and has counseled candidates, federal officeholders, advocacy organizations and major corporations in matters related to campaign finance, non-profit tax and government ethics rules.
Prior to joining Fenwick & West, David was an associate in the political law group of a leading international law firm. During law school, David served as a law clerk for the United States Attorneys’ Office, Civil Division in the Northern District of California. Following graduation from law school, David served as a law clerk for Judge Michael Daly Hawkins of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
