When Jason joined Fenwick, he brought with him five years of experience as a trademark examining attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. During his tenure, he examined thousands of trademark applications in a wide variety of industries, issued Office actions, represented the USPTO in appeals before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and was selected for a special work detail developing and improving methods of training new examining attorneys.

Before joining the USPTO, Jason worked for a trademark boutique firm in the Falls Church, Virginia area.
