Joanna advises on corporate matters that support clients in the technology and life sciences industries.

During law school, Joanna interned for the Honorable Judge Pamela K. Chen of the Eastern District of New York. She also volunteered with the Unemployment Action Center providing legal services to individuals seeking unemployment benefits. While attending business school, she was a vice president of the Stern Private Equity Club.
