Noah advises on legal ethics, conflicts-of-interests and other risk management issues.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Noah was an associate at an Am Law 100 law firm and two San Francisco law firms, where he focused his practice on the representation of law firms of all sizes on legal ethics advice and counseling matters, legal malpractice defense, disqualification motions, and attorney disciplinary defense. Before entering private practice, Noah served as a law clerk to Chief Justice Shirley S. Abrahamson of the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
