She has experience structuring and negotiating licensing, joint venture and strategic alliance transactions in a wide range of industries, including agreements relating to collaboration, supply chain, channel partner and customer relationships. Claire also advises companies and investors on IP matters associated with mergers, acquisitions, spin outs, corporate financings and initial public offerings.
