Cynthia Kaneshiro focuses her practice on a broad variety of corporate matters to support clients in the high technology and life sciences industries.
Cynthia was the recipient of the firm’s Pro Bono Client Services Award for 2011, awarded for her work with Cisco on the Citizens Schools Apprenticeship Program, which brings relevant learning experiences to middle-school students in lower-income neighborhoods.
While attending Hastings, Cynthia was a Senior Articles Editor for the Hastings Business Law Journal and competed on the Hastings Moot Court Team. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Marilyn Morgan with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California. Prior to attending law school, Cynthia worked in the legal department of iPass, Inc.
