David He represents domestic and international startups and venture capital firms in the high technology and life sciences industries.
Prior to joining Fenwick & West, David was a corporate associate in the New York office of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and IP and technology transactions.
During law school, David was the Chief Articles Editor for the Columbia Business Law Review and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He also worked as a summer law clerk at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
