Eric Armstrong leads Fenwick’s efforts to institutionalize client service and maximize value in client relationships.​​​​​

Integrating client feedback interviews, client teams and other client experience-optimizing initiatives, Eric works with Fenwick clients, attorneys and professionals to understand client needs and translate those needs into service delivery enhancements.​​​​​

Prior to joining Fenwick, Eric held operational roles at AmLaw 100 law firms in New York City and Chicago. He serves on the boards of organizations including the Legal Marketing Association, United Way and Pride Law Fund. ​​
