Irene Pertsovsky uses her experience to help the firm’s litigators provide valuable, efficient, and cost-effective service to clients by leveraging the firm’s collective experience and expertise. In cooperation with practice area lawyers, Irene develops standard annotated forms, practice process checklists, exemplar documents, and legal memoranda. She builds and maintains practice group wikis and other knowledge collections and databases. She also builds document templates using document assembly software to make document drafting more efficient and consistently of higher quality.
Prior to joining Fenwick & West, Irene was a litigation associate at Morrison & Foerster, where she represented clients in various stages of civil litigation in securities class actions and financial-services matters. In that role, she prepared for numerous trials and served as second chair in the highly publicized wrongful-death action, Reiser v. Reiser. Irene was named a Northern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2013 and 2015.
During law school, Irene was the 2004 David E. Snodgrass Champion for moot court competition and a member of the Thurston Society.
