Jeffrey advises on IP litigation and complex commercial litigation for technology-based clients. He has represented companies in matters involving patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, trademark infringement, contract and tort claims, class action defense and shareholder disputes.

During law school, Jeffrey served as assistant city archivist for the City of Seattle. He also served as an associate editor of the Seattle Law Review.

Prior to attending law school, Jeff worked in the visual-media licensing industry managing photography libraries and e-commerce websites. He also designed and developed visual-media search, metadata, and automated-indexing applications and systems.
