Jennifer Ebling represents technology companies and their directors and officers in a broad range of litigation matters, including securities class actions and derivative litigation, securities enforcement matters, regulatory and internal investigations and other complex commercial disputes. Jennifer also has experience counseling clients in matters involving the Foreign Corrupt Practice Act.
Prior to joining Fenwick & West, Jennifer was a litigation associate with the leading international law firm.
Jennifer’s pro bono practice includes representing an incarcerated individual in a federal civil action alleging employees at his correctional facility were deliberately indifferent to his serious medical needs. She has also assisted individuals applying for consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals.
