Joseph Schenck focuses his practice on representing technology companies in commercial transactions involving intellectual property. Joseph has extensive experience with intellectual property transactions including acquisitions, outsourcings, mergers and secured financings in the areas of software, SaaS, mobile platform products and other information technology assets.
Prior to joining Fenwick & West, Joseph was an associate in the intellectual property and litigation practice groups of a leading international law firm. He also was a programmer analyst for the United States Air Force, receiving an Achievement Medal from NATO for the creation of software to automate flight planning operations.
During law school, he served as member of the Fordham International Law Journal, Fordham Moot Court and Trial Advocacy Team.
