Marcie is Fenwick’s Senior Director of Practice Management. In this role, Marcie works with firm management to support managing the people and strategic objectives of the firm’s practice groups.

Marcie and her team manage the firm’s free market system staffing model, support practice group leaders, and oversee the business needs of the corporate, litigation, tax and intellectual property practice groups. Marcie collaborates with the firm's marketing, knowledge management and finance departments to develop and implement strategic plans, project management solutions and other initiatives to optimize delivery of client services. Marcie sits on the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion committee and collaborates with the legal personnel and training department on curriculum and engagement for attorney and paralegal training programs, mentoring, retention, development and other professional development needs.

Marcie has over 15 years of law firm experience and is a former corporate attorney whose practice focused on a broad range of technology transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
