Fenwick Represents Emergence Capital in Harper’s Series A Funding

Fenwick represented Emergence Capital, a venture capital firm, in Harper’s Series A funding, bringing total funding to $47 million. The round was led by Emergence Capital, with participation from Y Combinator, Peak XV, Antler, 10X Founders, Fellows Fund, and Outset Capital.

Harper, an AI-native commercial insurance brokerage, will use the funds to scale its team, expand its carrier relationships, and invest in the AI infrastructure. More information can be obtained from the company announcement.
