Fenwick Represents Kilo Code in $8M Seed Funding

Fenwick represented Kilo Code, an open-source coding agent, in its $8 million Seed funding. The round was led by Cota Capital with participation from Breakers, General Catalyst, Quiet Capital, and Tokyo Black.

Kilo Code will use the funding to accelerate its roadmap. More information can be obtained here.

The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate partner Jonathan Sagot and included associates David Heckman, Bradley Shepard, and Katarina Mattmuller.
