  • Cardiac Science 诉 Philips Electronics 案:作为首席庭审律师,代表原告处理这起涉及 21 个专利的案件。各方面提出的赔偿金额合计超过 2 亿美元。Cardiac Science 在马克曼听证程序和简易判决中获得的关键性胜利导致其在原本要举行的七天庭审开始前几个小时内达成了有利的和解。
