INTA’s 2014 Leadership Meeting returns to Phoenix, Arizona, where attendees can delve into four days of advanced trademark practice and then enjoy the subtropical desert climate, scenic hikes and charm of the Southwest. Sessions will feature experienced speakers on hot and evolving topics such as social media scams, privilege, privacy and data security and the effects of culture on trademarks. In addition to these forward-thinking topics, sessions will be focused on challenging issues frequently faced by trademark practitioners such as misleading trademark use and the relationship between in-house and outside counsel. Attendees will also have many opportunities to network with fellow volunteers and to work as part of a committee to further the Association’s objectives and goals.
