  • Summer Program

Our summer associates perform client-focused, “real-world” work assignments and are supported with legal training and development programs. Our mentoring program provides a "buddy" (mentor attorney) to help guide and navigate the firm experience. Summer associates will also experience the social and networking opportunities that are a hallmark of our friendly culture and essential to developing your professional career.

  • Free Market System

Summer associates participate in the firm’s free market system, where they work closely with the recruiting team on choosing work assignments from a wide variety of opportunities. The free market system encourages all associates to take ownership of their careers, build varied relationships and find interesting work with the support and guidance of the firm’s practice management team. Additionally, summer associates have opportunities to choose meaningful pro bono work.
