Her clients range from newly formed startup teams to mature public companies, and she provides strategic guidance throughout their business lifecycles. Lara’s experience includes venture capital financings, corporate venture capital investments, debt financings, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and corporate governance.
She is particularly experienced in representing high-growth companies through various stages of development, offering practical advice that helps clients address complex business and legal challenges, manage risk, and achieve strategic goals.
