Navia Benefit Solutions reported a data security incident involving information related to certain health plan participants. Navia’s public notice states an unauthorized actor accessed and may have acquired certain information from its environment. The information involved may have included names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, phone numbers, email addresses, and health plan information.
Navia is notifying potentially impacted individuals by letter where address information is available. This webpage notice is intended to provide information to individuals who may not receive a mailed notice.
Individuals who receive a notification letter from Navia should read it carefully. The letter will explain what information may have been involved and describe steps individuals may take to help protect their information.
