Fenwick's Ken Myers Named a New York Law Journal Rising Star

The New York Law Journal has named Fenwick corporate partner Ken Myers one of its Rising Stars for 2018.

The Rising Stars award recognizes the region’s most promising lawyers under the age of 40, and the winners were determined by an outside panel of experts.

Myers concentrates his practice on M&A, corporate governance and general corporate matters. In his transactional practice, he represents U.S. and international companies, boards and financial advisors in connection with a broad range of strategic transactions in the technology, entertainment and life sciences industries, including public and private mergers, acquisitions, tender offers, investments, joint ventures, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures.

He has led multiple acquisitions for top technology companies including Facebook and Cisco Systems, and was a founder of Fenwick’s New York office which launched in 2016.

Myers has also been recognized by the Daily Journal on its Top 40 Under 40 list and by The Legal 500 for his M&A work.
