Jeffrey Ware focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and complex commercial litigation for technology-based clients. He has represented companies in matters involving patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, trademark infringement, contract and tort claims, class action defense, and shareholder disputes.
Prior to attending law school, Jeff worked in the visual-media licensing industry managing photography libraries and ecommerce websites. He also designed and developed visual-media search, metadata, and automated-indexing applications and systems.
While attending law school, Jeff was research & technical editor of the Seattle University Law Review and also served as an assistant city archivist for the City of Seattle.
