Rebecca provides strategic counseling to high tech and life sciences companies, with an emphasis on patent, commercial, and trade secret litigation. Her practice involves wide-ranging technologies including e-commerce, smart devices, cloud technology, pharmaceuticals, geolocation, and remote sensing. Rebecca’s clients range from small startups to multinational companies, and she is experienced in handling complex disputes from investigation and negotiation through all phases of federal and state court litigation, including appeal. Rebecca also has experience in all forms of ADR, including arbitration and mediation.

Rebecca has an active pro bono practice representing nonprofits in contract disputes, working for election protection, and assisting applicants in DACA, naturalization and citizenship proceedings.
