On June 3, 2015 I'll be presenting for the Palo Alto Area Bar Association on the latest developments in #AliceStorm, with a look at what's happening at the USPTO and in the courts. I'll be presenting for the first time the results of a detailed analysis of 101 rejections inside the PTO, as well as analysis of the recent Interim Guidance on Patent Eligibility.
The presentation will be at Fenwick's Silicon Valley office. Lunch will be served and MCLE credit is available.
