In this program, startup attorneys, venture capitalists and successful entrepreneur/corporate executive will walk through fundraising process, and explain different venture financing instruments and their respective key economic terms and control terms. They will also talk about term sheets, valuation, dilution and other related issues. This program will be conducted in English.
Fenwick & West attorneys will also provide office hours to qualified participants. To qualify, a registrant is required to complete a questionnaire during the application process.
