Fenwick & West represented Facebook, Inc. (NASDAQ: FB), the leading social media site, in its entry into a definitive agreement with Bloomsbury AI, a London-based developer of machine learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) methods to accelerate direct access to knowledge. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
