Fenwick & West represented HackerRank, a leading platform provider to help companies evaluate technical talent based on skills, in its $30 million Series C financing. JMI Equity led the round with participation from existing investors, including Khosla Ventures, Battery Ventures, Randstad Innovation Fund and Chartline Capital Partners.
HackerRank will use the new capital to accelerate its growth in the enterprise, expand its team of developers and advance its data science research and development efforts.
