Mountain View, CA (August 21, 2012) – Fenwick & West LLP represented Kony Solutions, a mobile and multichannel application platform provider, in its agreement to acquire Sky Technologies, an SAP-certified mobility solutions provider based in Melbourne, Australia. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
