Fenwick Represents Reali in $30 Million Financing

Fenwick & West represented Reali, a real estate technology company transforming home-buying and selling, in raising $30 million in financing, including its $9M Series B2 round and the initial $20 million Series B announced in July 2018. The Series B2 round was led by Group 11 (f.k.a SGVC) and also includes existing investors Zeev Ventures and Signia Ventures. The earlier Series B funding was led by Zeev Ventures, with participation from Signia Venture Partners and other investors.
