She is an accomplished advocate, appearing in courts across the country, and coordinating complex domestic and international prosecution and defense strategies.
Lane Simmons is in-house counsel Director of Patent Litigation at eBay, Inc, where he manages patent litigation matters and advises on intellectual property issues including post grant review strategies, patent portfolio development, and open source licensing. He has over 20 years of experience representing technology companies in protecting intellectual property in patent litigation, intellectual property transactions and licensing, and patent portfolio development, preparation and prosecution.
