Advanced Patent Law Institute 2019

The 20th Annual Berkeley-Stanford Advanced Patent Law Institute is co-organized by BCLT and Stanford Law School and presents a roster of judges, academics, litigators, patent prosecutors, and senior IP counsel from major corporations offering a results-oriented, in-depth look at the latest developments in patent law and practice.​

Fenwick partner Rajiv Patel will be moderating a panel titled "International Litigation Strategy and Coordination" On December 12 at 1:00pm.

• This panel will highlight litigation trends in Europe and Asia, offering best practices for coordinating international litigation. It will also address the real-life business impact of the different remedies available in international v. U.S. litigation and will consider licensing strategies and coordination between litigation and prosecution.
