Justice in the Crosshairs: Defending Judicial Independence—The Keystone of Justice—In the U.S. and the World
True justice and public respect for the rule of law depends on fair application of the law by an impartial, independent and credible judiciary not beholden to special interest groups and political contributors. This panel will explore threats to judicial independence in the U.S. and abroad and the duty of attorneys to combat them.
