Fenwick partners Ian Goldstein and Einat Meisel hosted another virtual CVC Legal Roundtable, a confidential session for senior in-house lawyers who oversee and/or help lead CVC units and activities, as a part of the July 2021 GCVI Digital Forum. This session was focused on key financing terms and transactional issues specifically applicable to CVC units.
The next GC roundtable will be held in person in September as part of the GCVI Summit in Monterey, CA.
