Fenwick represented GRIN, a creator management platform for direct-to-consumer brands, in its $110 million Series B financing. The round was led by Lone Pine Capital and included participation from BOND, and others, in addition to existing investors including Imaginary Ventures.

The funding will allow GRIN to continue growing its executive leadership team, expand into international markets and continue working toward its vision of building the infrastructure for the creator economy. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.

The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate partner Samuel Angus and included associates Christine Chen, Yashreeka Huq, Harrison Dilday and Duey Ho.
