Fenwick Represents Jam City in its $145 Million Strategic Financing

Fenwick & West represented Jam City, Inc., a leader in mobile entertainment, in its $145 million strategic financing jointly led by JPMorgan Chase Bank and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. A syndicate of lenders, including Silicon Valley Bank, SunTrust Bank and CIT Bank also participated in the financing.
