Fenwick Represents Qualtrics in Acquisition of Usermind

Fenwick represented Qualtrics (NASDAQ: XM), a leader in customer experience and creator of the Experience Management (XM) category, in its acquisition of Usermind, a next-generation experience orchestration platform.

Usermind will strengthen the Qualtrics XM Directory, a human sentiment database with more than 4 billion customer and employee profiles, by bringing in contextual data from any source to create richer customer profiles that include every interaction a customer has with a brand and all of the feedback they’ve provided over time.
