Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Barclays Capital Inc. acted as book-running managers for the offering. Raymond James & Associates, Inc., Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated, Nomura Securities International, Inc. and Blackstone Advisory Partners L.P. acted as co-managers for the offering.
