Fenwick Receives 2023 Equality 100 Award from Human Rights Campaign Foundation, Named a Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion

Fenwick has received a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for the 14th consecutive year, earning the Equality 100 Award and distinction as a Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion. An award event for top scorers will be held in New York City in January 2024.

The CEI is the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies, practices and benefits pertinent to LGBTQ+ workplace equality. The CEI rates companies on detailed criteria falling under four central pillars:

  • Nondiscrimination policies across business entities;
  • Equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families;
  • Supporting an inclusive culture; and,
  • Corporate social responsibility.
