Fenwick corporate partner Dawn Belt has been profiled by the Silicon Valley Business Journal, which named her to its 2017 Women of Influence list. The list honors Silicon Valley’s 100 most influential business women.
The Journal noted her work for leading technology companies including Facebook, Dropbox, ServiceNow, BuzzFeed and GoPro on a variety of corporate transactional matters, from startup counseling and financings to public offerings and corporate governance.
“In addition to her client-facing legal practice, a large part of her job is to help build her firm and community, particularly through recruiting, process improvement and mentorship,” the Journal reported.
In the interview with the Journal, Belt also provided insight into her career path that led her to Fenwick.
“After a lot of exploration during my JD/MBA program, I found that a corporate law career at a firm like Fenwick has been a great fit for me,” she said.
