Aman has extensive experience advising both issuers and underwriters on public and private offerings of securities and other capital market transactions, including initial public offerings, investment grade and high-yield debt offerings and tender and exchange offers.
Aman has been named a "Rising Star" in Securities & Corporate Finance by New York Super Lawyers (2019 – 2020).
While attending law school, Aman served as an articles editor for the Columbia Business Law Review and a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar.
