Ariel advises clients on a broad variety of domestic and international tax planning and tax controversy matters, with an emphasis on international tax planning (inbound and outbound), restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions. She regularly represents clients from a diverse set of industries and geographic areas, including a number of Fortune 500 companies.
During law school, Ariel served as articles editor for the New York University Law Review and was named an AnBryce Scholar.

- Kinross Gold in its royalty portfolio sale to Maverix Metals
